Here are some answers to some questions we get frequently:

  • Is This Part New, Rebuilt, or Used?

    All parts are used unless noted otherwise; all parts have a warranty.

  • Can I Pick This Item Up?

    Of course, we would love to have you visit our establishment. We want to build a lasting relationship with our customers. Call 866.458.6309 for a shipping quote.

  • Is There Any Warranty?

    All our parts are delivered with a standard 6-month warranty. There will be no exceptions after the 6-month period. Our Warranty will vary on Special Order parts. We will replace the warranted part if we have it in stock or refund the money.

    We may ask for the part to be returned for inspection purposes. We will not refund money for a part that has been damaged, e.g., dropped or damaged during installation. Additional warranties are available.


  • How Long Do I Have to Pay?

    We would prefer that everyone pay instantly. Unfortunately, on eBay, many people purchase items and then take a very long time to pay or do not pay at all. If you have not paid within 1 week of purchase, a dispute will be filed with eBay, and you will receive negative feedback. If it will take you a long time to send payment, please contact us.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    We only ship to the lower 48 states. In some cases, we can make exceptions, but please be aware that shipping costs to other countries, such as Hawaii and Alaska, have drastically changed. We will have to be notified before making a purchase. 

  • How Much Are the Shipping and Handling Charges?

    Shipping and handling are specified in each listing unless there is a special circumstance, like shipping an engine. Please do not ask to have shipping costs lowered; it takes time and materials to box items.

  • When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?

    In most cases, packages will go out the same day as the payment is received, assuming the payment was made before 4:30. Items should be received in a week, but that is up to UPS. Obviously, shipping times will vary depending on your location.

  • Did You Ship My Package? I Am Still Waiting to Receive a Tracking Number.

    If you have not received a tracking number, it is probably in your junk mail folder. We send the tracking information to the email provided by eBay. Check your junk mail first, then give us a call.

  • What’s the Deal With Domestic and Foreign Compatibility?

    There are still some true foreign cars out there, but the “big three” (Ford, General Motors, and Daimer-Chrysler) use import parts for assembly lines and bodies from foreign automakers. Many automakers also import cars made from other countries. Wondering where your part fits in? Give us a call, and we can explain.

  • Do You Have Other Parts for My Car That Are Not Listed?

    We carry over 180,000 parts. We cannot list everything on eBay, so you can contact us to request a part. We can list parts on eBay at special request if we have the part in stock.

  • What Kind of Parts Do You Stock in Your Facility?

    We stock many parts in our inventory, including rims, mirrors, light fixtures, etc. Are you looking for something special? Give us a try!

    If we don’t have it, we’ll find it. If we don’t have your foreign or domestic part in our inventory, we’ll locate it for you.
